分享您個人資料

依據您與友邦公司所簽訂之信用卡約定條款及本隱私權聲明之內容，您個人資料將會被使用於 (1)通知您由友邦公司或美國友邦集團及其關係企業(以下稱「友邦集團」)所提供之各種產品、服務或是促銷活動及(2)作為友邦公司內部使用。除了其他法令之規定或您與友邦公司所約定之信用卡約定條款外，未經您事先同意或授權 ，本公司將不會揭露您個人資料予第三人。

此外，友邦公司享有揭露藉由您個人資料所衍生之統計資料(該資料並未顯示您個人資料)予第三人之權利。
個人資料之保密

友邦公司將會採用合理及必須措施以確保您個人資料之保密性，您的個人資料使用將僅限於本公司之員工、經銷商及與本公司往來合作之第三人， 本公司標準作業程序中要求使用者於作業時對於友邦公司之客戶個人資料應嚴加保密。

(“AIGCCC”) recognizes the importance of the privacy of its customers and the confidentiality of all information provided by its customers (“Personal Data”) and has therefore established the following policy guidelines to protect the privacy of its customers and their Personal Data.
Personal Data Collection

AIGCCC’s collection of your Personal Data will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the credit card contract you entered into with AIGCCC and of this Privacy Statement. Please note that the Personal Data that AIGCCC collects from you may include: your name, occupation, company name, e-mail, phone numbers, work and/or home address, information concerning your use of your AIGCCC credit card and/or any other information that AIGCCC, in its sole discretion, deems relevant and necessary.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

According to the terms and conditions of the credit card contract you entered into with AIGCCC and of this Privacy Statement, your Personal Data will be used (i) for the purpose of notifying you of information concerning various products, services and promotions offered by AIGCCC and/or by American International Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “AIG”) or (ii) internally by AIGCCC. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations or agreed by you when entering into the credit card contract with AIGCCC, AIGCCC will not disclose any of your Personal Data to any other third party without your consent or authorization.

Nevertheless, AIGCCC reserves the right to share with third parties the statistical information (excluding any personal identifiable data) derived from your Personal Data.
Confidentiality

AIGCCC will adopt reasonably necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of your Personal Data. Only employees, agents, and contractors of AIG will be allowed to access your Personal Data. It is our standard practice to require these personnel to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data they obtain while performing their jobs for AIG.
